Order Changes & Exchanges

Please review your order details carefully, including size, design, and quantity, before confirming your purchase. Due to our commitment to fast order processing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect selections such as item type, size, design, or address.

If you discover an error, you have a 6-hour window from the time of order placement to cancel and correct your order. If you have any questions before placing your order, feel free to contact us. Ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our primary concern.

Canceling Orders

You have a 6-hour period from order placement to cancel your purchase. Orders cancelled outside this window may be in the processing or shipping stages.

Please note that a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will be charged. To cancel your order, please contact [email protected].

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders not returned within this period will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be provided.

Eligible Conditions for Returns

  • Item arrived damaged or broken
  • Received item is not what was ordered
  • Size or material does not match the order
  • Incorrect product was delivered
  • Product description does not align with the item received

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging
  • Items should not be worn, washed, or altered
  • Defects must be due to our error
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Minor issues such as stray threads are not eligible

Return and Refund Process

Email your refund request and supporting documents to [email protected]. Our Customer Service team will review and respond within 2-3 business days. Make sure your email notifications are turned on to receive updates. We will provide instructions based on your case. Note: Refunds are only processed after we confirm that your return is eligible.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This amount will not be deducted from your refund.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your refund. You will be notified via email when your package is received, and we will issue a full refund, including any original shipping fees.

First, check your bank account details. Then, contact your credit card company, as the processing time can vary. Generally, refunds may take 10-15 days to show up, depending on your card provider’s policies. If you still do not see the refund after following these steps, please email [email protected].
