During busy periods and special promotions, delivery times may be longer.
We partner with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. The estimated delivery timeframe includes both processing and shipping periods.

Tracking Your Package

Shipping Delays
If your order is not delivered within 45 calendar days, please contact [email protected] for a full refund. We aim to resolve issues within 12 hours.
Undelivered Packages
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, first inspect the delivery area thoroughly. Next, contact the shipping carrier. If the issue persists, email [email protected].
Incorrect Addresses
We cannot ensure delivery to incomplete or incorrect addresses. Verify your shipping details at checkout and notify [email protected].com of any mistakes immediately.
Duties & Taxes
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. Eliteathletejerseys is not liable for customs fees if: 1) The package is rejected by the recipient, or 2) Delivery fails after multiple attempts.
We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion without a guaranteed refund.
